Our story
Pro sound shouldn't require a crew
Portable Pro Audio was founded by educators and AV professionals who were tired of watching schools, churches, and nonprofits struggle with complicated, expensive sound systems. We believe great audio should be simple to set up, easy to own, and built to last.
Our mission
We exist to put professional-grade portable PA systems in the hands of the people who need them most — teachers leading outdoor lessons, pastors serving growing congregations, coaches running clinics, and community organizers bringing people together. Every system we sell is chosen because it works right out of the box, without a sound engineer on staff.
Simplicity first
We only carry systems that a first-time user can set up in minutes. If it takes a manual thicker than a paperback, we don't sell it.
Authorized dealer
Every product ships directly from an authorized Anchor Audio dealer. You get full manufacturer warranty, genuine parts, and real support — not a gray-market gamble.
People over transactions
Our team answers the phone. We help you pick the right system for your space, your budget, and your use case — before and after the sale.
Who we serve
Our customers don't have dedicated AV staff. They need sound that just works.
Schools & universities
From PE classes and graduation ceremonies to outdoor assemblies and athletic events, educators rely on our systems to be heard clearly — every time.
Churches & houses of worship
Whether you're in a fellowship hall, a parking lot service, or a mission trip, our battery-powered systems deliver clear, full-range audio without a fixed installation.
Nonprofits & community groups
Town halls, fundraisers, outdoor markets, and advocacy events all need reliable amplification. We help organizations of every size show up and be heard.
Coaches & trainers
From youth sports to corporate wellness programs, coaches use our portable systems to project their voice across a field, gym, or studio without straining.
Military & government
From field training exercises to base ceremonies and briefings, military and government personnel trust Anchor Audio systems for reliable, portable sound in demanding environments.
Athletic booster clubs
Booster clubs run the announcements, pep rallies, and game-day events that bring communities together. Our portable systems make it easy to sound professional without a permanent installation.
